The Rules Of The Road.
The terms that apply when you browse this site, request a quote or place an order with us.
Who We Are
Huntington Sportswear is a custom apparel manufacturer operating from a factory in Huntington Beach, California, with offices at 7694 Garden Grove Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
Quotes And Orders
- Quotes are estimates based on the styles, quantities and decoration described at the time. They hold for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.
- Nothing is an order until we confirm it in writing. The written confirmation carries the final pricing, quantities and a production date.
- Prices are tiered by quantity. Changing quantity after confirmation can move you to a different tier in either direction.
- Rush production is available on request and may carry a surcharge. Ask before you commit to an event date.
Artwork And Approvals
You are responsible for the rights to everything you send us.
- By sending artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, including school marks, league logos and sponsor logos.
- You grant us the right to reproduce that artwork for the purpose of producing your order, and to hold it on file for reorders.
- You approve a digital mock up before production. The approved mock up is what governs the run. If a spelling, number or color error is on the approved mock up, the run will carry it.
- A physical sample is available before a full run on request. We recommend it on any first order.
Intellectual Property
This site, its text, layout, photography and code belong to us. Your marks belong to you, and nothing here transfers ownership either direction.
Do not scrape, copy or republish site content, and do not use our name or images to imply a partnership that does not exist.
Pricing, Tax And Payment
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless the quote states otherwise.
- California sales tax applies where required. Tax-exempt schools and districts should send an exemption certificate with the order.
- Zelle is our standard payment method. Put your invoice number in the memo line and confirm on the Pay Your Invoice page so the payment matches your order the same day.
- Purchase orders from schools, districts and leagues are accepted and invoiced on the terms stated on the PO.
- Card payment is available by secure link and may carry a processing fee.
- Terms for deposits and final balances are stated on your quote and repeated on the order confirmation.
Changes And Cancellation
Sublimated goods carry your team name. They cannot be restocked or resold, which is why the cut-off matters.
- Before artwork approval: changes and cancellation are free.
- After approval but before cutting: we will do our best. Charges already incurred for design or materials may apply.
- After cutting or printing has started: the order cannot be cancelled, and the full amount is due.
- Adding units mid-production is usually possible but may ship as a second delivery.
Production Tolerances
Custom manufacturing has tolerances. These are normal and not defects.
- Finished garments are cut to within half an inch of the published size chart measurements.
- Color is matched to Pantone as closely as the fabric allows. Different substrates return the same file differently.
- Print placement can vary slightly panel to panel across a run.
- On large runs, quantity delivered may vary marginally from quantity ordered. We invoice what ships.
Warranty And Liability
We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturing defects, and anything that does not match your approved mock up, are remade at no charge.
Beyond that remake, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events, lost sponsorship or lost sales.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the date we confirmed it in writing.
