Yes. Our design studio builds two unique concepts around your program and delivers them in one to three business days. No AI and no templates. A dedicated human designer works the file and revises it until you are happy with it.

Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG at 300 DPI works for most marks. If all you have is a photo of last year's jersey, send it anyway and we will redraw it.

Always. You approve a digital mock up first, and we can produce a physical sample before a single unit of the run is cut. Nothing goes to the floor without a written approval from you.

Dye sublimation fuses ink into the fabric, so color sits inside the fiber rather than on top of it. We match to Pantone as closely as the substrate allows and confirm the match on the physical sample.

Cut and sewn in our own factory in Huntington Beach, California. The operation is vertically integrated: printing, cutting, sewing and quality control all happen under one roof, with no outsourcing.

Yes. We can send a size kit for fittings so the roster sheet is right the first time. It is the single best way to avoid reorders for the two players who guessed wrong.

Sublimated graphics cannot crack or peel because there is no layer sitting on the surface of the fabric. The print lasts as long as the garment does.

Names, numbers, captain marks, sponsor logos and player-specific graphics are all sublimated into the garment as part of the same print, so there is no extra decoration step and nothing to peel.

Yes. Send the PO with your order and we will invoice against it. Districts, schools and leagues account for a large share of what we produce, and we are used to their paperwork.

Terms are set on your quote and repeated on the order confirmation. Custom production is typically part deposit at artwork approval with the balance before the order ships. PO terms are handled separately.

It still reaches us, it just takes an extra day to match against an order. Adding the invoice number to the memo keeps everything same-day.

Custom-decorated goods cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for size or preference. Manufacturing defects and anything that does not match your approved mock up are remade at no charge. Tell us as soon as the boxes are opened and send photos so we can start the remake immediately.

We do, on a quoted basis. Duties and carrier options depend on destination, so ask before you finalize a timeline for an international event.
